Marching into MARCH

MARCH has always been an interesting month to me. Its position sits between a season that was & a season yet to be. Growing up on the east coast, there usually was a very heavy snowfall or even a blizzard ( yea to NO school) during which my parents always left me behind to become snowbirds for a few weeks. It definitely was NOT my favorite month in the calendar.

And then.. I got married in the month that was NOT my FAV. And suddenly it became a FAV month. Many years later, it REALLY became a FAV month when I became a Grandparent . The month of March became & continues to be a joyous favorite time of the year in my life.

As I leave the shortest month of February behind, I choose to embrace what is yet to be:

• Another wedding anniversary to be celebrated ~

• A birthday milestone for my grand daughter~

• Daylight savings time~

• The promise of a new season Springtime~

• “Masking” restrictions lifting as I write~

• AND… ONE month till I reach a milestone of celebrating a milestone birthday ~

called the PLANTINUM celebration
