50 years ago one of my lifetime dreams came true. I became a Mother~ a Parent. And as much as I thought I knew ,I knew NOTHING!. Our son’s beginning was hard~ and introduction to parenthood was not easy. People say “little children~ little problems and “big children~ bigger problems. Yet reflecting on 50 years.. even with the hardest days, I feel blessed and proud to say this 50 year old child/now man called a quinquagenarian is a blessing. No surprise, as his Hebrew name Baruch means BLESSING or to be a BLESSING. How is it that a half of a century a Golden Jubilee ~ has gone by in our life? Memories become memories as we tell the stories surrounding them. Today ~ We CELEBRATE a most cherished date~ a most cherished son ~ and WE CELEBRATE US for reaching this day!
